Day 11) What’s in your makeup bag?

I hope the following offends no one.

I don’t have any makeup. Unless nail polish counts as makeup.

I personally don’t want to wear a whole ton of makeup when I’m old enough to. “What matters is not your outer appearance—the styling of your hair, the jewelry you wear, the cut of your clothes—but your inner disposition. Cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in.” (1 Peter 3:3-5 MSG) I’m not saying that I hate makeup and all people who wear it! I’m not saying that at all! My friend Katie sometimes wears gold eyeliner and I like it because it isn’t a whole bunch globbed on her face, and because it reminds me of a character in a book series I like. I’m not trying to hate on people who wear makeup, it’s just my personal choice that I don’t want to wear a whole bunch of makeup.
